What is the National Integrity Assessment?

A periodic survey conducted by the ACC of citizen perception of public-sector integrity across nine sectors. The 2022 NIA produced many of the headline findings used throughout Chapter Five — including the 58.89% favouritism finding and the breakdown of complaints by complaint category.
