Project 108

Project 108 is the framework articulated by His Majesty The King at the Jarog Khashor Chorten ground on 21 February 2026. It commits Bhutan to the commissioning of 108 institutions, initiatives, and infrastructure projects across the next two decades.

The civil-service workstreams that will populate the framework’s operational substance are being constituted from 2026 onward. By the pattern documented in Chapter Ten, substantive delivery will extend through the 2030s and 2040s.
